Sky Pack License & Terms of Use

By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, you agree to the following license terms.

1. License Grant

Foxtrot Photography grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use these sky

images in personal and commercial creative projects.

Permitted uses include but are not limited to:

• • Photography composites and sky replacements

• • Real estate photography editing

• • Video production and film

• • Motion graphics and animation

• • Graphic design and advertising

• • Websites and social media content

• • Printed materials

• • Game environments or visual media projects

You may modify, crop, color grade, transform, or composite the images as part of a larger

creative work.

No attribution is required.

2. Standalone Distribution Is Prohibited

The images may not be redistributed in any form where the sky images themselves are the

primary value of the product.

You may not:

• • Sell the images as stock photos

• • asset bundle

Resell them individually or as part of another sky pack, texture pack, or

• • Repackage them into overlay packs• • Repackage them into overlay packs

• • Include them in sky replacement libraries

• • Include them in Photoshop sky replacement folders

• • Include them in LUT bundles, compositing kits, or digital asset packs

• • Redistribute the original files (free or paid)

3. Asset Library & Marketplace Restrictions

The files may not be uploaded to or redistributed through:

• • Stock photo marketplaces

• • Texture marketplaces

• • Asset stores

• • Template libraries

• • Digital download marketplaces

• • File sharing services

This includes platforms such as:

• • Adobe Stock

• • Shutterstock

• • Envato / Elements

• • Creative Market

• • ArtStation Marketplace

• • Unreal / Unity asset stores

• • Gumroad or Etsy as a sky or asset pack

4. AI / Machine Learning Restrictions

The images may not be used for training, fine-tuning, or building machine learning models

or AI datasets, including but not limited to:

• • Image generation models

• • Dataset creation• • Dataset creation

• • Sky generation models

• • Compositing AI tools

The images may only be used as final visual elements in creative works, not as training data.

5. No Redistribution of Source Files

You may not distribute the original image files in any way that allows another person to

extract or reuse them as standalone sky assets.

For example, you may not:

• • Share the files with clients or collaborators outside your production team

• • Upload them to public repositories

• • Include them in downloadable project files

6. Ownership

All images remain the copyright property of Foxtrot Photography.

This license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

7. Liability

These assets are provided “as is” without warranty. Foxtrot Photography shall not be liable for

any damages arising from their use.

8. License Termination

Any violation of these terms will automatically terminate the license, and the user must cease

using the assets immediately.
